Forklifts have a three dimensional stability pyramid. The higher you lift the
narrower your margins for safety.
Forklifts should be driven in reverse if vision is impaired in the forward
direction..
Refresher training is required after all unsafe happenings, not just
“accidents”.
“Experience” is not training.
Not every supervisor is suited or even “Qualified” to do safety training.
A safety attitude is more important than just learning rules. |
