We Can Help You
Rearrange Your Warehouse
in 45
Minutes!
Using AutoCAD, the optimal facility layout software, our Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) operator can easily explore warehouse alternatives on the computer. We can help you answer questions like:

How many pallets can I store in this facility? What if the rack was oriented in the other direction?

What if we used narrow aisle forklifts instead of counter balanced?

What about very narrow aisle turret forklifts?

What if we changed our conveyor layout like this . . .?

How many more parts can we store if we use modular drawers instead of shelving?

What if we use drive-in rack?

How would that mezzanine fit? What if we moved the stairs over there?

How should we route the conveyor?

What should our order picking area look like? How many pick facings will we have?

How many lockers can we get in that room?

What if we put a modular office there?

If your facility layout is already on computer or diskette, we can transfer it to our computer by e-mail or diskette - then explore the options with you. Or we can create your facility "from scratch" in our computer. We can then transfer the drawings to you by e-mail, diskette, or print out a "hard copy" on our multiple colored plotter.

In addition to AutoCAD, we also incorporate the latest software from our suppliers such as HyCAD conveyor software from Hytrol; pallet rack and shelving layout software; and others. Drawings can be converted into submittals for building permits if required - or simply to help you sell your project within your own company.

Using CAD we can quickly help you explore material handling space utilization, flow and facility layout options. It allows you to easily see the implications of alternative methods.

To explore these possibilities, contact Materials Handling Equipment Company Engineering & Systems Manager Steve Hall or Jim Murray, CAD Operator at (303) 573-5333 or (800) 873-5333.
